These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of FreeMyGHL ("the Extension"), a Chrome browser extension sold by IgnitivIO ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or installing the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchasing a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the Extension on an unlimited number of devices under your personal or business account. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Extension or your license key.
The Extension is sold as a one-time purchase of $47 USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Extension does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. To request a refund, email [email protected].
Updates to the Extension are provided at no additional charge while the Extension is actively maintained by IgnitivIO. We make no guarantee of perpetual updates or a specific update schedule. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension at any time with reasonable notice to license holders.
You may only use the Extension to export websites that you own, have explicit permission to export, or have a legitimate legal right to access. You agree not to:
FreeMyGHL is an independent tool built by IgnitivIO. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.). "GoHighLevel" and "GHL" are trademarks of HighLevel Inc. Use of the Extension does not modify or supersede your obligations under your GoHighLevel subscription agreement.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will work with every version of GoHighLevel or every website structure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IgnitivIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Extension after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
